Our experienced engineers are experts in finding any problems a unit may have. If the house fails the first test our engineer will keep the house on test (depressurisation), locate any leaks then seal them up. We will then retest and if required repeat this procedure until a pass has been achieved.
All the above is included in the agreed price. We will ensure you meet your legal obligations as regards new domestic properties and other buildings, namely to comply with ‘Part L’ of the building regulations, which stipulates all new homes must be subjected to air tightness testing – also known as air permeability testing or air leakage testing. As a leading UK air tightness testing firm, we strive to deliver swift, professional testing for a highly competitive fee.
We are registered with Elmhurst Energy and use equipment calibrated by UKAS laboratories.
